“TrapHouseJazz” Pioneer, Masego, Announces Upcoming Album and Drops New Song Featuring SiR Just Ahead of Upcoming Tour

-As one of the most versatile young talents in music today, Masego prepares to release a new album and embark on a 30-city tour run just after dropping his new track, “Old Age” featuring SiR.

This past Wednesday, Masego released a new song titled, “Old Age”, where professes his fondness for older women and calls on Top Dawg Entertainment’s SiR to help him do it. Sego recently spoke with NPR and discussed how the song’s idea was sparked by a Katt Williams performance, although the message was loosely based on some of his own past relationships. He stated,

“The main theme of that show was how slept-on older women are… They got food in their fridge, make love better, and can just know what they want outta life.”

He’s also announced that his debut album, Lady Lady, will be arriving on September 7th. The album will include 13 tracks along with features from SiR, De’Wayne Jackson, Tiffany Gouche, and FKJ (A.K.A French Kiwi Juice).

If that’s not enough, Masego will be hitting the road on August 27th, where he’ll be accompanying Leon Bridges on his run of Amphitheater performances until September 8th. Shortly after that, he’ll be headlining his own tour across North America from October 16th – November 18th.
